About this demonstration

This privacy page describes the local TEESONA preview, using the demo identity “Teesona Store.” The displayed email, address and phone number are placeholders. An operating business identity and appropriate contact details must replace them before a public launch.

Contact form messages

The demonstration form stores the name, email, optional order reference and message you submit as a private inquiry in this WordPress installation. Site administrators can review these records. The form does not send email to [email protected] and does not upload files. Use fictional information when testing.

Accounts & store data

WordPress and WooCommerce store local account and order records when those features are used. The displayed concept products cannot be purchased, and no payment provider is connected. Do not enter real payment details into the demo.

Cookies & technical requests

WordPress login and WooCommerce cart/session features may use functional cookies. The site serves its custom artwork and heading fonts locally. This build does not add an advertising pixel, marketing newsletter service or analytics integration. Your browser may still make technical requests required by WordPress, themes or the local environment.

Access & retention

Private inquiries can be accessed through the site admin by administrators. There is no automatic inquiry deletion schedule in this demo. The site owner should remove test records when they are no longer needed and establish real retention periods before launch.

Your information

For this local test, ask the site owner to review or remove any record entered by mistake. The placeholder email is not an operational privacy-request channel. A public store will need a verified contact and a process for handling access, correction and deletion requests.

Store analytics & marketing choices

Teesona Insights measures page visits, campaign sources and shopping actions using a random first-party session identifier. When automatic measurement is enabled, this starts on arrival; you can opt out by turning off Store analytics below. Strict consent mode starts only after your permission. It does not record the contents of checkout/contact fields or checkout addresses. IP addresses are masked by default; store administrators can enable full IP storage. Approximate country, region and city are resolved from a local GeoIP database. Detailed traffic is retained for 90 days. Sales reports use WooCommerce order records.

If configured and enabled, Google Analytics measures store activity after Analytics consent; Meta, TikTok and Google Ads tags require Marketing consent. These platforms may use their own cookies. You can turn Store analytics and Marketing off and continue shopping. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected when no explicit analytics choice exists.
