This site does not accept purchases for its concept products. As a result, there are no customer payments, fulfillment commitments or active return and refund promises associated with these previews.

If a real item has a problem

For an operating store, support should receive the order reference, a short description of the issue and relevant photographs. The seller must then explain the available resolution and any necessary return instructions. This demo does not establish eligibility or promise a replacement.

Return eligibility

The owner has not approved a return window, product-condition requirements, personalized-item exceptions or responsibility for return postage. These details must be supplied before real products can be offered. No universal return deadline is assumed here.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation cutoffs and changes to artwork, size, address or quantity depend on the actual production workflow. No cutoff has been agreed for Teesona Store. A saved demo inquiry is not an accepted cancellation or modification of an order.

Refunds

No payment gateway is connected and this site does not issue real refunds. Before launch, the store must explain the review process, refund method and expected processing times using the provider and bank arrangements actually in use.

Return address

Please contact [email protected] before sending a return; the store address is not automatically a return authorization. A real return should only be shipped to an address supplied by the operating seller with appropriate instructions.
